30 min. private lesson - $25 1 hr. private lesson - $40

1 hr. semi-private lesson - $35

*Maximum 3 students per class for semi-private lessons.
**Semi-private lesson students will only be paired with other students with similar ages, riding abilities, and disciplines for safety and enjoyment purposes.

LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE!

At FRRS our main goal is to provide a safe and fun education environment where students can advance their horsemanship skills. We do this by focusing instruction on partnering with your horse and understanding horsemanship to a degree that is more than just riding. We also love to incorporate age and skill level appropriate games and lesson material to bring fun into learning!

All students will receive a small packet including a riding waiver and student handbook to ensure that all students and parents have access to the policies that we have set in place to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

Scheduling / Lesson Times

Lessons are offered year round and based on availability.

Our program operates on a repeating weekly schedule (ie. if your lesson is scheduled for the Monday at 3 time slot, it will be that same time and day each week unless notified). Make up times may be available if a lesson needs to be rescheduled. If you are already on our roster and you need to change your day/time and we do not have another option that works for you, you will have the option to be put on the top of our waitlist until a time and day that works for you becomes available. Our schedule will change based on season. When changes are being planned, all registered students will receive a first come first serve option at the new days and times.

Cancelation Policy

- Lessons begin and end at scheduled times. If a student shows up late, their lesson will be shortened to the remaining time. However, if the student is more than 15 minutes late, the lesson will be cancelled. Late students will still incur the full lesson fee.
- FRRS requires a cancellation notice of 24 hours.
- Cancellations made with less that a 24 hour notice will incure a fee equivalent to half the lesson cost. This fee must be paid before the student's next lesson.
- No Shows will be charged the full lesson amount.
- If you cancel 3 lessons with less than a 24 hour notice (including no shows), you will automatically be removed from our roster.

Exceptions:
- Exceptions for cancellations (with notice given) due to sickness, emergency, or weather are at the discretion of the Head Instructor.

Weather Cancellations

- Lessons may be affected by weather conditions, resulting in cancellations or lesson content being changed.
- High winds, rain, slippery mud, storms, poor winter conditions, hot/cold temperatures etc. can all affect lesson content or cause cancellations

**If the forecast is calling for inclement weather, it is always a good idea to check in with the Instructor. If riding is unsafe yet weather permits, we will offer unmounted horsemanship lessons.

Cancellations made by FRRS

We do our very best to ensure that our students can receive their lesson during thier slot, however there may be instances in which we will need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. In the event of a cancelation, we will do our very best to give 24 hour notice. If we do not give a 24 hour notice, the student will receive a credit towards their next lesson.
