The full time staff members are supported by a wonderful team of 'partners in ministry' that volunteer their time on weekends and weekdays to bless the ministry and serve our guest groups in countless ways!
CINDY SMITH
Cindy and her husband Tom started volunteering in any needed area at Faith Ranch in 2005, along with their daughter Tiffany. She currently serves as the Executive Director, putting her more than 20 years of management experience to use and following the vision God has given her: to operate as one in the body of Christ while moving forward in His leading. She enjoys the fellowship and laughter shared with the ministry team and being able to serve the guests who visit the ranch to the best of her abilities. Cindy is also certified in Child Development.

REBEKAH HOBBS
Rebekah is new to our Faith Ranch team. She currently serves as our Bookkeeper and holds an Associate of Arts degree. She also has been the treasurer of her church for the past few years. She loves all the Ranch's cats and all the lovely people she's met and gets to work with!

LINDA MAXWELL
Prior to coming to Faith Ranch in 2000, Linda worked at a Christian camp in Maryland for 18 years. Linda is the Stable Coordinator at Faith Ranch. She has more than 40 years of riding experience and has been teaching lessons for over 15 years, as well. Linda has a degree in Youth Ministry and loves to share about the Lord through the horses.

ERIC EASH
With years of experience in various areas, Eric currently serves at Faith Ranch as the Maintenance Coordinator. He has been involved in Faith Ranch's ministry on and off since the early 90's. He loves to share God and His love with every guest that comes up the Ranch drive, with the goal of having them leave with a rekindled relationship with Christ.

JENIFER EASH
Jen has been involved in Faith Ranch for many years. She started as a camper, then transitioned to a S.I.T/Counselor and now serves as a Stables Assistant. She has been involved in Ministry and horses for 15+ years. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of horses with people.
